Are the CRE tariffs (TURPE, ATRD, ATRT) really up to date?

Yes. Electricity TURPE, gas ATRD/ATRT, CEE, GRD coefficients, capacity: we follow every CRE publication and push them to production day-zero. The April 1, 2026 ATRT revision is already integrated.

How does billing work?

€200/month excl. tax for the Cabinet plan, 2 users included. Beyond that: +€15/month per extra user. Multi-site option: +€50/month. ACD/SIREN quotas included per plan, overages billed by usage. Customer portal to download invoices and manage your subscription.

Is there a commitment?

None. Cancel anytime from the customer portal. Your data remains exportable (CSV or PDF) without limit, and is kept for 30 days after cancellation before deletion.

Yes. 100% French hosting on Scaleway (Paris), encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), encrypted daily backups. GDPR-compliant and Enedis ACD-compliant.

Does Volto replace my CRM?

Volto is a CRM purpose-built for energy brokers. Kanban pipeline, credit scoring, reminders, multi-contact: everything is built in. If you have a generic CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive), you can keep using it via webhooks, but 95% of firms no longer need one after 30 days.

Yes. Logo, colors, legal mentions, header/footer: all configurable per organization. Public offer pages and emails carry your brand, not ours. Ideal for resellers and networks.

No limit. Starter plan: single-site offers. Cabinet and Scale plans: unlimited multi-site offers, with automatic consumption aggregation, TURPE per segment (C4, C5) and offer consolidation into one PDF.
